Payment Unplanned Outage

We experienced intermittent payment failures between 11:14am and 11:31am today. During this period, payments via MyPost Business (MPB), Credit Card, and PayPal may have failed.

The issue has now been resolved, and all systems are functioning normally. We recommend customers retry their payments, which should now be successful.
