Incident Report for Australia Post API Developer Centre

Resolved

StarTrack pickup booking services experienced a technical issue from 2pm AEDT, with impact including bookings via Parcel Send and API Integration. Our teams have identified the cause and issue was resolved by 5:19pm AEDT.

Permanent bookings were not impacted by this issue.
